About participation

Registration fees
The registration fee is DKR 3800,-/ before December 1st, and DKR 4100,- after December 1st. The fee includes all conference material, daily tea and coffee, lunches, admission to all conference sessions, dinner Thursday evening and the conference banquet on Friday.

Conference Banquet
The conference banquet is served on Friday, February 27th. The venue is at the Congress Centre.

Cancellation of registration
If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation. 50% of the conference fee is refunded if the cancellation is made in writing before 18th of December 2008. For cancellation received after December 18th, 2008 we regret that no refund can be made.
